Thanks to you, our valued clients, DORN had a successful 2017. Our business grew over 15% as we onboarded a number of new clients and additional facilities from current clients, trained over 50 people around the country on DORN’s propriety protocols and expanded our presence in current and new markets through our blogs and participation on various panels. Our final numbers are not yet in, but in 2017 we worked with over 3,000 employees throughout the country, eradicating pain, which resulted in our clients avoiding millions in workers comp and healthcare costs related to musculoskeletal, soft tissue issues. We saw one customer win an international award in 2017 for the program and all customers made significant impacts to reduce injuries. We will publish the final results in the next newsletter.

We are already busy in 2018 bringing new solutions and methods to market in order to better your results. We are excited to introduce the new delivery model we call BBE; DORN’s Employee Centric Pain Management Model. BBE stands for Body, Behavior, and Environment. Building upon the success of our manual therapy, we believe it is as important to address behaviors that may be harmful to employees in how they do their work as well as the environment they work within. To address the employee more holistically, DORN has expanded our services offerings. Now through therapy, technique training, coaching, monitoring and ergonomic evaluations, we look to ensure a safe and healthy workplace that reduces injury risk and better supports your safety and wellness initiatives.

DORN now has 7 Certified Industrial Ergonomic Evaluators on staff and is associated with a national group of strength and conditioning coaches to bring the best in teaching methods to your employees. The industry news article will give you an overview of BBE.

On behalf of our entire DORN Companies team, we thank you for your support and look forward to enhancing our service levels to make 2018 the safest one for you and your employees.
