We’re proud to announce that DORN has been selected as a recipient of a prestigious National Safety Council (NSC) grant, as part of the 2025–2026 MSD Solutions Pilot Grant program. This grant will empower DORN to partner with dormakaba’s US and global teams to launch a next-generation program aimed at preventing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and workplace injuries.
Our Mission:
At DORN, we are committed to reducing workplace injuries and improving employee wellness through innovative, evidence-based injury prevention and ergonomic solutions. This collaboration will deliver MSD risk reduction best practices directly to dormakaba’s workforce, elevating wellness and safety across every level of the organization.
Why It Matters:
MSDs are the leading cause of workplace injuries in America, affecting millions of workers each year. Through the NSC’s MSD Solutions Lab, established with support from Amazon, these grants fund bold research and pilot programs designed to address this crisis with actionable, scalable solutions.
What’s Next:
DORN and dormakaba will roll out cutting-edge training and wellness programs in 2025–2026, with results and insights to be shared at the 2026 NSC Safety Congress & Expo. Our work will contribute to a global movement, joining nearly 250 organizations and 3 million employees who are already part of the NSC’s signature MSD Pledge.
