The 2026 recipient of the Kate DeMoss Provider Excellence Award is Lorena Zeballos. Lorena’s commitment to excellence, compassion for clients, and collaborative spirit truly embody the values that Kate DeMoss represented throughout her many years with DORN.

Each year, providers may be nominated by themselves, peers, or client sites. A rigorous review process evaluates nominees across four equally weighted categories: Innovation, Compassion, Teamwork, and Mission Alignment, ensuring a fair and comprehensive assessment.
