Rosa brings over two decades of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, service support, and call center operations to DORN. She has a proven track record of leading and transforming businesses through efficiency and value-driven process and system solutions. Rosa has worked at major companies such as GE, Philips, ADP, and, for the past nine years, at ANDA, TEVA Pharmaceuticals. She is passionate about customer service and is dedicated to delivering the best possible experience for customers.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Rosa earned a BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science from UMASS Dartmouth and an MBA from Lesley University in Cambridge. She has led multi-site and global teams ranging from 25 to 800 members, overseeing customer service, technical service, account management, service sales, customer retention, and sales/marketing.
