In order to create a culture of safety that will prevent accidents and injuries, all levels of staff in an organization must work together as a team. During a recent webinar with Vik Ramaswamy, Risk Control Manager at Safety National, Ramaswamy outlined the essential components of a quality safety culture.

A quality safety culture in the workplace should have measurable goals, commitment of the management, job hazards analysis, policies, procedures, and training.
